Together we can cultivate, & promote interest & understanding among the public by utilizing enthusiasts in the T.E.A.A.M.S. industries to make learning more engaging & interactive.

Our main initiatives include hosting and cultivating activities related to technology, engineering, aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, and science. By providing opportunities for both adults and children to explore these fields, we hope to raise awareness and expose people to a wide range of resources and possibilities. The fact that aviation aspirations are not required to participate is inclusive and ensures that anyone with an interest in these subjects can benefit from our programs. 

To cater to a broader audience, we offer a diverse range of activities within each of these fields. This can include hands-on workshops, educational seminars, field trips, and interactive demonstrations. This allows participants to choose activities that align with their interests and learning goals 

Engage with industry Professionals: We bring in professionals and experts from the technology, engineering, aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, and science sectors to provide insights and mentorship. Their real-world experiences can be inspiring and educational to all ages. 

 We engage with the local community, including underprivileged or underserved groups, to ensure that our events and programs are inclusive and accessible to a wide range of individuals. 

Absolutely!  We partner with local schools, colleges, and universities to help students and educators to benefit from our programs. These institutions also provide resources and support to our events and initiatives. 

In addition to in-person activities, we are working on providing online resources, such as webinars, tutorials, and making our website more interactive. This will help broaden our reach and make information more accessible to all

We hope that we can make a meaningful impact in promoting the  STEM fields and inspiring both adults and children to explore their interests in technology, engineering, aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, and science. 

We are currently looking for ways to measure and track the long-term impact of our initiatives. We are interested in those who have been to our events or who have had an experience with our coaches and mentors.
