Super Jet Brunette is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit which coordinates activities and initiatives to focus on Technology, Aviation, Aerospace, Engineering, Manufacturing and Science. (T.E.A.A.M.S.).
In a time when social media is the desired job for our youth we dedicate our time to building an army of people to continue our work in the TEAAMS related fields
Our mission is to engage & inspire the next generation both young and not so young. We focus on promoting T.E.A.A.M.S. related learning with a bias towards the aerospace & manufacturing industry. We love aviation and aerospace so we provide many different opportunities to expose youth to military & commercial aviation and manufacturing.
Our Programs
We believe that education is the key to unlocking human potential. We strive to create a learning environment that is inclusive, collaborative, and supportive. We recognize that every individual has unique talents and strengths, and we aim to help our Padawans discover and develop their full potential. We leverage the latest technologies to enhance the learning experience for our Padawans.
We offer personalized coaching and mentoring services to help them understand and achieve their goals.
Our online platform allows our Padawans to communicate with mentors, and collaborate with peers from anywhere in the world. Our programs are designed to equip our Padawans with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their chosen field.
Our Initiatives
Since 2020 Super Jet Brunette held over 20 in person activities hosting over 1000 kids combined, We have mentored over 40 high school and college bound and over 15 veteran and enlisted personnel in career readiness initiatives.
We commit our time to those that commit themselves to their development.
We are committed to providing exceptional learning experiences that empower people to achieve their academic and individual goals. We host comprehensive events taught by experienced professionals and provide personalized support. Our Network
Our global teams partner with many aviation related organizations including but not limited to; EAA, Brainard Airport PhotoRecon.net, New England Air Museum, NEXTGEN Aviators, Airline Pilots Association, Aero Educate and Women in Aviation International to bring awareness to aviation and manufacturing in our communities. We have donated and used over 10,000 aviation related images and provided over 200 videos for the benefit of our local communities
We open door not only to the aviation industry but to all industries who are working to cultivate and develop the future workforce
We also work with multiple Robotics platforms such as VEX IQ, FIRST Tech Challenge, FIRST Robotics Challenge and FIRS Lego League. We support mentorship opportunities and help startup robotics teams in our communities to get kids that jump start in the engineering, technology, manufacturing and science.

What is our Long-Term Impact by hosting STEM evens, creating mentorships and starting robotics teams
We hope that we can make a meaningful impact in promoting the STEM fields and inspiring both adults and children to explore their interests in technology, engineering, aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, and science.
We are currently looking for ways to measure and track the long-term impact of our initiatives. We are interested in those who have been to our events or who have had an experience with our coaches and mentors.
