What are we doing for the community?
Virtual and in person events
Our approach is to utilize enthusiasts and Industry Professionals in the Technology, Engineering, Aviation, Aerospace, Manufacturing, and Science (T.E.A.A.M.S.) industries to make learning more engaging and interactive. We find this to be a powerful way to foster interest and understanding among the public. Here are some ways we implement these ideals into fruition:
- Passion-Driven Learning: Padawans learn from Industry professionals in these fields who share their passion for what they do. This is infectious and motivates or attendees. learners to explore these subjects more deeply.
- Mentorship and Role Models: Industry leaders join our team to serve as mentors and role models, offering guidance and inspiration to those interested in pursuing careers in T.E.A.A.M.S. industries. Mentorship and Support within these career fields helps to guide them into the right path for success :
- Hands-On Workshops: We have organized workshops and practical sessions led by Industry leaders. Some include but are not limited to building model aircraft, building experimental aircraft, coding workshops, resume workshops, and hands-on experiments in various scientific disciplines.
